I am married but separated. I have two kids and I am confused as to what number should I put/answer in Number of Persons in Household or Number or Family Members? I do not intend to include my husband in my PNP application. Should it be 3 (me and my two kids) or 4 (me,my two kids and my ex husband).

PS: He agreed that I will take the kids to Canada for he knows it is for the best interest of the children. He already signed an Affidavit of Travel Consent and Waiver of Custody and Rights of the Children and also form IMM5604.

Thank you in advance. :)

if you r legally separated then u no need to show him as your family member.if you not separated yet
by court order then dont know exactly what should write. u can ask lawyer which do practice for cic files
or try to get some advise before taking any action. if you r getting late to apply and stuck due to this
issue then do one thing, Write one explanation letter with your application. i m not sure abt it so pls
double make sure with others.good luck.

Thanks delta304, to be sure, I tried to email SINP immig and they replied immediately. they just told me to just put 3 member (excludes him) and submit the documents i mentioned then later on, they will ask me for more documents if needed. Im glad they replied quick. Wish you best. Thanks for answering.
