Should Speed Traffic Fine be mentioned on Citizenship Application

I would appreciate if someone would help me with this question:

I had one speed fine (Traffic Fine for Speed) Which I paid the fees for it. Should I mention this in my Citizenship Application ? Is this considered any kind of Criminal Act?

No, speeding ticket is not a federal offence so no need to mention it. If it was a DUI, then it would need to be mentioned as it falls under Federal Indictable Offence.
