Should i wait !

After receiving a reply against my assessment by David Cohen to wait as the present NOC as per him is likely to change soon, i am in a confused state of mind.I actually fulfill the criteria of NOC now and also secure border line marks. Would it really be beneficial for individual like me to wait unless the latest changes pertaining to NOC come in place. How long its going to take approximately before a new NOC is introduced. Please advise.

in trying.

What is his reason to wait?
If you submit and in the mean time the list is changed then you will get your money. No harm no fowl.
If your occupation is in the list you can apply.

Actually i am just qualifying (Excat 67) but hope that the expected change sometimes might change the points grid and might help me qualify comfortably at that time!How soon can we expect the new change, any idea !!!

If you have 67 then apply. There is no point to wait for changes as NOBODY, not even those who will make the decision, knows what will be changed.
And there is no oracles here who can predict future.
