Should I wait till I get my IELTS result before applying for Study permit Visa??

I'm planning to submit my Study permit Visa Application for Sep 14 on or before Friday (July 18). Initially I was planning to submit my visa application without IELTS, although I had enrolled for my IELTS exam.(Because my IETLTS exam date was far away, my friend had got his visa without IELTS and it was already late). But unfortunately my loan processing got delayed and I had completed my exam during that time. Now that I'm left with very less time , I'm thinking if I should wait till I get my IELTS result (July 23rd) or apply on July 18th itself without my IELTS score. Kindly suggest what should be done.

There is a field in the application where they ask if you had taken any exam for testing your English proficiency. Shall I give "yes" there and mention in my cover letter that I'm waiting for my results?

Hey congrats dat u got an admission from ryerson... Mine got rejected... But ur getting too late for ua visa... Its takin loads of time to process... I applied on 4th july n still waiting.... Don't take chances apply real fast..
