I am in the process of applying for my PR (recently got an ITA). I did a medical exam back in my home country in June 2016 for my study permit application. The IRCC websites says upload the old medical and we will message you if you need a new medical. So, I should upload my old medical with a letter of explanation as my medical is expired?
Should I use my old medical?
