Should I upload a printed and scanned image of my RPRF Receipt?

[pls-answer]

I uploaded as it came in PDF form already when I downloaded it from CIC website.
so I just uploaded it on my PR application, where there was a new field generated for additional documents,
titled 'Receipt' . Then I transmitted the application again along with this copy of my receipt.

There is my name on the receipt though because I am the holder of the credit card I used when paying it.
