Should I submit webform after the following change in circumstances?

Hi guys. Should I submit a webform to update the following?

1. Latest employment letter since my salary has increased 15% since I submitted the form
2. Tax returns for FY 2022 which I just submitted.

Is this your employment letter and your tax returns for your visitor visa? Not sure how tax returns need to be included with application. Does your latest employment letter state you have approved leave. If not, I would not add more information.

Yes it is for my visitor visa.

I had attached a leave letter with my initial application.

So I don't see why you would add the documents. If submitted by webform, it could take several weeks for the documents to be added to your file.
