Should I submit original Admission/Offer letter to CHC?

Hey guys should I submit my original Offer letter to CHC?

I only have 1 original (I read somewhere that you will be given 2 copies.)

And if I submit my original one, will the CHC return the Admission letter along with the Passport or just the Passport?

No need. Photocopies of all the required documents is enough.

CHC will not return any documents, So photocopies enough. Hold your original offer letter, it may require at the time of port of entry.

Din't you get the offer letter to your email? You can make as many copies as you like that way!
