I applied wp extension with pending lmia(previous employer) before my pgwp expired. While I were waiting for new wp my lmia was rejected but my agent help me got another approved lmia. Now I update my lmia and new offer for my wp extension application before they make the final decision. The problem is I still dont receive my lmia they said will send back in 2 weeks. In this situation shall I get my wp application approved? If it is necessary to submit a new WP extension application with new LMIA when I am waiting for the final result of the first application. thx!
