Should I send my paper documents in regular mail or Courier address?

Hi,

I am planning to send my citizenship through speed post service of Canada post . This is because I want to track my application .
Which address should I post from below two?

Regular Mail	Courier Address
Case Processing Centre-Sydney P.O. Box 7000 SYDNEY, NS B1P 6V6	Case Processing Centre-Sydney 49 Dorchester Street Sydney, Nova Scotia B1P 5Z2

Both addresses are acceptable with Canada Post. I used the regular mail address with Xpresspost.

Couriers like FedEx, UPS, Purolator, etc. can't deliver to PO boxes hence the separate courier address.

Sure. I have my Canadian passport now (I also used Xpresspost to regular mail for my passport application), so obviously everything worked out well for my citizenship application.
