Should I rewrite IELTS or take CELPIP

My current IELTS scores are: R-9, S-8.5, W-7.5, L-7.0

The listening cost me 50 points and I am thinking of rewriting IELTS or taking Celpip. However, the money and preparation involved is a bit of a challenge. Any ideas?

The CELPIP listening section is easier as it is all multiple choice. Heck overall the CELPIP is the easier test.
