Should I retake my upfront medical check?

Hi there, can you please help me look into this case of mine:

I had my upfront medical check in April last year (2019) with the hope of ~450 draw but they suddenly went up to ~470. Then I have a chance to get ITA this Feb because of some changes in work experience. However, my medical check will be valid for only 1 month at the time I submit my application. Should I get another medical check or just wait until the VO ask to do so?

You should get another one, but I'd wait until I receive the ITA and have it done right before submitting the application. You'll definitely be asked to have then re-done if you apply with those and till will only, if anything, delay the processing of your application.
