Should I respect visitor record documents date when before receiving it I left canada and came back?

I applied to extend my visitor record on May 2022. however, I left Canada on December 8 before I receive the approval. I came back to Canada on December 17 on March 2023 I received the document and it indicates I have to leave Canada by March six I believe this document is not valid as I already left Canada once I just want to make sure if I am right.

there is nothing written on the paper, but on the online application the extension is approved

If you just saw it on-line in the last few days that it's approved then you should get a doc soon with the official approval which will have a new expiry date on it. You will have to wait to get that before you can say for sure.

Thank for replying, this document I have is fir the online approval I got. However I already left Canada once on December. I came back here again after almost 10days. Is this document still valid while I left once?

No it shouldn’t be but you are also supposed to notify IRCC when you left the country so that the extension stops being processed. You should send a webform to IRCC clarifying that you exited Canada in December and have reentered on X date so you are confirming that the extension is not valid and you will disregard the contents of the extension approval. You will also notify IRCC if your location changes with any subsequent applications.
