Hi all, I have a question and would much appreciate your advice.
I have received Notification of Interest from Ontario. My CRS score at that time was 441 with my spouse non-accompanying. Due to various consideration, I want to change my spouse to accompanying which will reduce my CRS score to 415, lower than the score range of my round of invitation (435-441) but still above the minimum score of 400 of the OINP.
So in situation of: 435 cut-off of search range > 415 my updated score > 400 minimum of ONIP
Will I still be deemed eligible to proceed with my NOI? I am not sure which CRS scores I shall target at or refer to when assessing the impact of change. I have searched through the forum but cannot find my answer.
Thanks a lot!
