After a long time, I finally receive the oath ceremony invitation and it is scheduled to happen on Nov 20.
Only problem is that I have a family trip booked for Dec 4 and I would require a passport. -- I don't want to cancel this trip because we have everything booked and my daughter is really looking forward to it
How long does it take usually for e-certs to arrive? I don't worry about the passport at least I can get urgent pickup whatsoever. But I saw in other thread that citizenship certs are taking months to arrive
So really don't know at this point. If I postpone, god knows how long do I need to wait? I already waited for almost 20 months since I submitted the application.
Any advice would be appreciated.
