should I order GCMS notes?

I've applied on July 23 under FSW and send my PCC and RCMP upon requested 2 weeks ago. No updates in MyCIC or ECAS. Should I order GCMS notes or wait longer? Are GCMS notes ordered once or could be a multiple times?

No, don't bother.

CIC is still estimating processing times for EE as 6 months (they usually calculate from reception of a completed application). As a general rule of thumb, I don't think ordering notes is worth it until your application is delayed beyond that.
