Hi Guys.

I applied for visa through one university and got it. Now I have offer for differnt university which suits my needs and i am very keen on joining the new university. I checked with my consultant and she said that dont change anything and once you reach canada then change the institution. But I can not afford to pay the fee for both universities. Is there any way to update CIC beforehand so that they can update my file and give me study permit for my new university. What are the chances that they would give me study permit and not send me back. I am totally confused and need your help.

if u have my CIC account just change the DLI number and when ur at POE show the new university admission letter and if asked explain ur reason for changing university . u should be find as long as new university is on DLI list
