I had applied for CANADA Immigration in 2006 and my case had refused due to immigration new system but not rejected.
Can anyone help me that should I mention it on the online application of Mon Project QUEBEC? If YES, which type of document should I prepare to submit after submission of my application?

yes you have to say it and then wait till they ask an specific document

This is correct, if I recall correctly in MPQ when filling the application they ask precisely if you have applied before.
