Should I mention Spousal PR rejection in CEC application?

Hi there, I once applied to spousal PR as a dependent child under my mom's account, which was rejected. I got my CEC invitation and there is a question if I once applied to PR. I'm not sure whether I should answer yes or no here, as the CEC application is under my account & my UCI. These two are under different UCIs so I'm not sure if it's okay not to mention it. thanks!

Why wouldn't you mention it? You mention it, you explain the circumstances and then you have nothing to worry about.
The alternative is you don't mention it, you get found out and have to deal with potential misrepresentation.
