Should I massage cic???

I have reapplied my study permit a week after refusal..refual reason being
I did not answer truthfully by answering NO to the question HAVING EVER BEN REFUSED A VISA BY ANY COUNTRY.
My first application took 18 weeks which was 4 months and few days buh still got refused after medicals
I have explained and corrected my mistake tho .

Guys,
After reading someones situation on this forum I wanna ask:

Should I massage the cic to please consider my application since my first application was delayed ? I know this sounds crazy
Buh I am sick of how long my second applicatiin will take because I deferred my application already to sep. 2016 and deferred my fee too ...my first application got abnormal ..!!!!and I belive they got to my application after send them a massage that my application is delayed...plzzz help what should I do???????????

No - I would not contact them. They won't expedite your application just because you message them. Your application was delayed because you did not answer truthfully in your first application - in other words, you yourself caused this delay, not CIC. This isn't a reason to ask that they process your second application faster. You now face a higher chance of refusal since you messed up your first application. I would leave CIC alone and wait.

Just trying my level best to break some ice with Kuus. He/She's hell bent on massaging. It may yield some results elsewhere but not with CIC.

So ur application will be on que
Ur message cannot make dem change that their policy

Yes - I would say your chances are on the lower side.

- You have a refusal from the US
- You failed to mention this refusal on your application to Canada

These factors will work against you.

It doesn't matter how much you explain to them. Think of it like it's on a permanent record, they will look at the previous rejection no matter what you apply for at CIC and that will affect all future applications. Also you can send them a case specific inquiry every 5 minutes until September if you want and doubt it will help. They probably wouldn't even respond, you have to let them do their work and just be patient.

Of course you explained it. Everyone explains it after being caught.

Again, your chances of approval are likely on the low side as a result of both the US visa refusal and the misrepresentation in your Canadian visa application. Both of these facts works against you.

It's certainly possible you could be approved - however it's far from a sure thing and you should start planning what you will do if you are refused. Good luck.
