Double congratulations to both of you for the VISA & Pregnancy.

So my advice is, begin to make plans to have the baby delivered in Canada except your wife is in her 3rd trimester and therefore most airlines wont allow her travel. Otherwise, if the pregnancy is just at the early stage make haste and relocate to Canada ASAP!
Any delay may result in VISA refusal and the likes and I am sure you wont want to take that risk.

Secondly, your baby will automatically become a Canadian citizen once born there, so take that opportunity!

Best wishes!!!

As long as you plan to land in Canada before the baby is born, there is no need to inform CIC.
