hi

by mistake i did not mention in the background form that myself and spouse both got UK student visa rejections. but at the end of the passport it is not mentioned UK rejection. it is just mentioned UK - chennai with date. does this mean UK visa rejection.

my spouse also got US visa rejected. Does this effect my PR application. I am dependent on my PR application.
The VO was not convinced with the documents. I never re-applied to US again. But I just have visa application received stamp on my passport.

i had received medicals and security checks request and done with it last month.

Seniors Please advice.

my spouse also got US visa rejected 3 years back for misrepresenting the employment documents. Does this effect my PR application. I am dependent on my PR application.
I got 212(a)(6)(C)(I) for not entering into US. The VO was not convinced with the documents. I never re-applied to US again. But I just have visa application received stamp on my passport.

1. Yes the stamp and the date shows a rejection.
2. So how are you and your spouse going to explain the different refusals to CHC? I don't think that they will buy
"we forgot"

Actually, we overlooked the statement on background declaration form. We just thought that they are asking only for Canada visa rejections. so I just marked NO as i have no canada visa rejections. Do immigration officer consider this?

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Just write explaining your position. Visa rejection is not a crime, but you need to disclose but they find out themselves.
