Should I include sorority/school clubs in personal history?

Title says it,

Should I include school-based clubs, sororities/fraternities in my personal history? I was part of Delta Sigma Theta at my Uni, do I need to list it in personal history?

Plus I was part of some other various school clubs. Do we need to add these all?
