Should i go for file withdraw & try to get uni loa?????????

Matric 76% 2000
Inter 62% 2000-02
BSc 71% 2002-04 2005-2007 (Exp of compt data entry operator at my uncle's car shoroom)
(exp relevant to my BSc)
MSc 73% 2007-09 2010-2011 (NIP with OGDCL)
IELTS 6

admission in sait polytechnic college in ELF. whch college itself offered me after refusing my application in my desired course.....

What u guys say about visa winning chances???????????

Personally I think you should have applied atleast at Masters level but IELTS score can be a problem, if you have scored less than 5.5 in any section of test.
Normally a good university requires 3 cgpa atleast in last two years of undergraduate studies. With IELTS 6.5 overall.
Anyways best of luck

1. Retake IELTS and score around 7
2. Apply to university instead of college
3. When you get your LOA then withdraw your case , if it is not finalized at that time.
