Hi all

I m a fresher in this site. I have read many posts in this site. I have also a dream to fo to CANADA. There are many experts in this site and I have basic knowledge about the procedure to apply as a Federal Skill Worker. So pls advise me should i go for a lawyer or i do it myself??

Thanks

Hi CANDREAM,

It is a personal preference as to you want to go for an attorney or by self.If you think that you have time and confidence to do it on your own then do it your self. Many ppl do it themselves (including me).Lawyers they say are good if there are any legal issue. As they represent you they can always fight for you.The question is how many times are there legal issues?Lawyers or consultants just act as a link and they don't really add to reduction of processing times or anything like that.

So the decision is upto you.

Regards,

AP

the way i see it is like this, if you qualify for the fed skill visa, you can do it on your own, I mean you need a college education at the very least which means you know how to fill out forms, the process is relatively simple and a lawyer is faaar to expensive and its not much of a warranty of any sorts
