My father's passport has the following issues
1. It does not mention the surname of his father and mother.
2. In the spouse name section, it does not mention the middle name of my mother.
Since they do not have marriage certificate, I am assuming Canadian visa officials will go by the spouse's name mentioned in each others passport. At present it does not matches with the name in my mother's passport which might create issues.
If such corrections are required, would he get a new passport with a new/revised expiry date?
