should I do ECA of just one degree or two?

Hello.

I have two degrees:

1. MBA (two years degree - last/latest degree/qualification completing my 18 years education)
2. BCS (Bachelor Computer Science - four years degree completing my 16 years of education)

Should I just do ECA of MBA, or both MBA and BCS?

For both. Because they might not consider your masters as masters. In that case if you have ECA for both degrees, you can still claim points for 2 or more degrees.
