Should I defer my semester? Fall 2021 intake

Hello all,

I'm scheduled to join my college in Fall 2021 but unfortunately I'm not going to be able to get my medical test done until June 7th because there is a lockdown in my city. Assuming I file my Visa by June 12th-15th under SDS category, what are the chances that I'll receive a decision on my Visa by August 15th?

Would it be smart to defer my semester to Jan 2022 intake or should I risk it by waiting for a decision.

Wait for visa offices or medical services to open up,worst case scenario you would have to study online for a month or two max.Things have gotten a lot better since last year.

Wait it out. some people do get a turnaround in a month on their visa application. I reapplied too on 28 June and i need a decision by 06 August or itll be next semester. Frankly my priority now is an approval :/
