I will not get my US police clearence on time. I dont have any confirmation that it was sent to FBI on Sept 16. I received my ITA on Sep 17. Will LOE be enough to say that I will provide my US police clearence just before Christmas based on their timiline? My CRS is 473

You'll need to provide proof that you've applied for the PCC ie receipts etc

I had submitted app without US PCC. Included Explanation letter , USPS delivery confirmation , scanned copy of FBI application form and finger print. They have given me 60 days time after 35 days of app submission. I have seen other members getting further extension after 60 days for those who cant get the PCC on time.

But i am not asking you to do like this , just stating that it's possible ..... :)

Thanks, but idiot me, i dont have copies of my application, finger prints, or Delivery confirmation. I got my finger prints done here in Toronto, Cant remember the agency but it was RCMP certified. I could go see them and ask for some kind of receipt that I was there (they have everything in the system), or I could even have my finger prints re-taken (if I say that FBI said that they were not done properly, they will do them for free). Or should I just re-do the application completely and mail it in this week, and provide this as confirmation that it was send to FBI?

I dont want to decline my ITA?...

Then don't decline. Ask the agency who took your fingerprints to provide you with records it was done, then submit what you have and an LOE. You don't have evidence that you paid? If you paid by credit card, your card will be charged at some point in the process, and that will be evidence. Wait to submit your application until close to the end date - November 14 or 15. Then it's just one more month before you should have your report - you really might make it.

I just remembered but I sent the 18$ fee through bank draft, and I definitely have a copy at home. I will also go to the agency to get the record that it was done. Thanks!
