I applied to the Express Entry last year and it said my profile was inelegible. So I did the TEF exam that helped me with my points and when I applied again it automatically said my profile was inelegible. After doing my research, it was adviced to create another profile and apply again.
Now, while doing the application again, the platform is asking me if I have applied before to the Express Entry and it's also asking me for the file number. Should I disclose that or that's just in case I applied in the same profile.
