I am working for a giant organization, I was transferred to Canada in 2021, working on a work permit, and I have 1 year of experience working in Canada and before that, I had 10 years of experience abroad. I am falling under NOC Code Category A. My total CRS Score is 449 which is way below the current trend. I have left with 1 year and 6-month work permit.
I am very confused about what to do now, I spoke to my organization about the employment letter as mentioned in OINF foreign worker stream, but they are not ready to provide me that documentation, I have the email from them for the same.
except that I have an offer letter, all experience letters, T4 etc.
Is it a good idea to apply for the OINP program without that and is that acceptable without employment for.?
