should i contact IRCC if my application takes longer.

i summited my application in july 9th, none answer yet.... ``application in progress``.... according to cic.gc.ca website is 12 days the processing time for my country, in case that 12 days pass should i contact IRCC asking the reason of delay ?

No. There is no point in contacting them. It will not make the processing of your application any faster.

They will just reply some generic reply.

12 days is the ESTIMATED processing time. Actual processing time can take much longer.

As said above, no - don't bother contacting anyone if it takes longer than 12 days. The only real option is to wait.
