Sure if you a high CRS score, your NOC is in demand, and meet the requirements of the PNP programs. Look at each program. Also having family living in Saskatchewan or Manitoba give you many points.

i am having problem with noc code 6221 technical sales specialist as i have experience as a customer advisor sales and service person it involves inhome visits to customer for installation too and selling stuff in store too does my position counts in NOC 6221 Technical sales specialist - wholesale trade or should i look for other NOC

You match responsibilities to the NOC not title. That is something you need to figure out.
