Should i consider PNP or continue to work towards CEC score

Hi, my son might reach 497 score in mid of next year. basis your analysis, should he move to other province from Ontario now and work towards PNP. or you think he should continue to complete the 1 year of exp in ontario and file the PR application when he is through with 1 year? He has exactly 2.5 years left of pgwp. he has already lost 7 to 9 months searching for a job and working at noc 2 teer job for 5 months.

I would suggest he utilize all his options including PNP. He might be qualified for PNP today. Which means he could get a nomination, submit his application and get it started all before he has the 497 score mid 2024. Plus with the federal government shifting more towards targeted express entry draws, overly relying on CEC could be the down fall for many in the future.
