Should I combine multiple work permits as a single entry in Physical Presence Calculator?

I had a "Post graduate work permit" from 2015 to 2018. Then I applied to closed work permit prior to expiry of my "post graduate work permit". I was working full time at this time and my status was considered implied for 2 month till I got the closed work permit. Then in 2019 I got PR. I have not traveled outside Canada since 2015, nor have I had any illegal status or gap.
I'm preparing to submit citizenship application but I have a question: Should I combine all these work permits and implied status as one single entry in the Physical presence calculator OR provide breakdown of the said work permits and include an explanation letter? Thank you

Combine. The questionnaire asks for your actual physical presence and not the expiry of the work permits.
