Should I collect my application documents before ITA?

Hello guys, I just wanted to ask if it's advisable to get my documents before getting ITA.
I've been waiting for FSW draws but they are not happening yet, and I want to save all the time that I can so once they start inviting people again I can send my application as soon as it is possible.
Which documents are advisable to get before ITA? I know that PCC is valid only for 6 months, and I'm not really sure if it will be okay to do the upfront medical exams without knowing when FSW will happen again.

Thanks!

English and education assessment are the minimum.

then you can start collection job letters from previous jobs, etc

Hi, I already have my ECA and my IELTS test.
I'm missing PCC, job letter, Proof of funds, a gift deed for part of the funds and the upfront medical exam as far as I know.
And of course I have to translate all those documents, so it will take some time to get all of them in order.

It doesn't matter how old job letters are?

yeah it doesn't matter as far as its not current job.

Its similar to PCC in countries you no longer live: as far as the pcc is from last day you lived there, you are ok.

Well, actually it is my current job, I've been working for 3+ years in the same place.
And for the PCC, I'm living in my native country, and I lived in Canada for more than 6 months, but as far as I know I don't need a PCC for Canada.

So it would be better to get my job letter and PCC after I get the ITA?

in that case yes, after the ITA

If you are ok with the company, you could ask to have it ready, and just waiting to print the date.

Alternatively, if you need to prove only 1 year of experience, for example, and you are working in that company for 14 months, they can write the letter saying you were employed from X day (and the experience and letter will count till the date of the letter, which will prove 12 months).

if you prove 3 years for your ITA, and have been working 3 and half, the letter can say from which day. And the print day will be, lets say 4 April 2021. Then it will be ok like that to prove 3 years experience.

They can say you are currently employed since day X
