Hello everyone

I am going to sponsor a super visa application for my mother. My wife is also making a separate application for her parents, however she most like misses the income cut off mark for a family size of 4 (her, me, her parents) by a small margin. I am thinking if I should co-sponsor her application for her parents and if she should co-sponsor mine for my mother as well.

My question is, are there any consequences of co-sponsorship a super visa application? I know in the case of co-sponsoring PR application you are jointly liable to pay back any social welfare paid to the sponsored and all that. However what applies to co-sponsoring a super visa application??

Duplicate post.

Hi, i will remove one my posts if both of them not allowed. However this post is basically acknowledging what I am trying to ask, that if there is any consequence to co-sponsoring.

You will be both responsible for meeting the terms of the supervisa including the 1 year of supervisa insurance purchased every year.

And this would be eligible for what length of time. I assume the duration of the visa period (10 years)?
