should I apply under Manitoba MNPN or Express Entry?

My CSR score is 330 and I have close relative in Manitoba, so which option should I opt for to apply for immigration through express entry or MNPN. Please suggest if you have any other suggestion based on my below credential:

Age: 30
Status: Married
Total Experience: 7 Yrs
Designation: Sr. Business Analyst
Degree: Bachelor Degree (B.E. I.T)
Ielts Score: CLB 6 i.e. 5.5 in each

How did u enroll EE profile with 5.5 IELTS bands. 6 band each is the min requirement.

I think you are non EE applicant. And this is the best for that. Non EE. SINP OID sub category. Check your eligibility here. You need only 60 out of 100 in their Assessment grid. Enough
