Should I add my spouse’s Canadian Work Experience in Express Entry profile

As far as I know, spouse‘s foreign experience doesn’t get any additional points to CRS. So we don’t need to show in their work history section. Instead, we can explain it in spouse’s personal history forms after getting an ITA.

But, my question is, what if spouse has 1 year Canadian experience? My spouse has 6 months experience in tier 4 (no CRS points for EE) and 6 months experience in tier 3 for which we can claim some points in future. She is not currently working and we don’t want to claim points for now. Should I add these experiences in my spouse’s work history section despite we don’t get any points Or we should mention them in personal history section?

I am concerned because it would seem misrepresentation if we don’t mention tier 3 experience in my spouse’ work history section now and later (when we need to show it to get additional points to get ITA) we show it when she finish 1 year with tier 3 or 2.

Any leads would be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
