I understand that mentioning my travel history will increase the chance of success for my application, and I want to add a few lines about my travels in the SOP.

HOWEVER...

The only catch is do I need to provide scanned copies of the visas as well? Or just mentioning the names is enough and the visa officer can look into my records using the passport number (if that's possible).

Why am I reluctant to add the visa copies:

The name on my previous passport is Rafay Karim Shaikh (Expired in Jan 2023)

The name on my school/college/university/IELTS is Rafay Karim
The renewed passport that I just got a few months ago has my name modified as Rafay Karim. Karim is the last name now!

So my name on the university application and all the legal/academic documents is Rafay Karim. The only exception is my previous passport and the visas on it.

Advise needed:

Should I still mention my travel history considering I may need to add the visa copies as supporting documents? I think the name change will open up Pandora's Box, and I may have to prove that both names represent me. Should I just skip the travel history to avoid this hassle then?

Confused here, little help will be appreciated! Thanks!
