Should I accept PNP for Alberta considering my scores 443.

Dear all,

I have 443 points in Express Entry pool and I just took another IELTS test a few days ago in order to get higher scores to increase my points.

I received the interest letter for Alberta (PNP nomination ) . Should I accept this offer or keep waiting to get ITA?

Which option would be better considering my situation?
