Should ECA report be sent directly to PNP program for PNP application after ITA?

Dear Folks,

I am currently applying for PNP post ITA. My ECA report was completed sometime ago and still valid. Should I indicate the WES to send the report either electronically or by post to PNP program apart from uploading the report document to the application? TIA.
