Should apply independently or with family

Hi,
I am a begginer so apologies if the answer to my question is obvious. I am married with kids, and want to apply to express entry program. My question is that if I alone apply to express entry would that harm my chances given that I do have family/dependents? and if I do get selected will it be feasible to invite my family with me afterwards?

First check the CRS points you will get in both scenarios, applying jointly and applying separately. Whichever gives you more then 445 points is the way you will need to go. If you get more in both cases then jointly obviously.
