Hi,

I plan to take a 1-month English course in Toronto next January. I went through the initial questionnaire regarding the visa and finally got to my document checklist with everything I need. One of the requested documents is the transcript of my grades from my university. I need to know, is it really necessary?? Why would I need such thing when I´m just going for an English course? I´m thinking maybe it doesn´t apply in my case but I would like to be sure about it so that my application doesn´t get rejected for that little detail.

As a secondary and more subjective question, how much money should my parents transfer to my account for a 1-month stay? Would 3000 euros be enough? I know it is enough for living but would it be enough for getting the visa? Take into account I will be staying with my cousin so I won´t have to pay for accommodation.

I would really appreciate any help with this
Best regards,
Pedro

Most likely you clicked on "study" in the first question "what do you plan to do in Canada".

You should select "visit".

Only chose "study" for courses lasting more than 6 months.

That should be enough as long as you have already paid for the course.
