Short landing - goods to follow list

Are we supposed to / should we submit the list of "goods to follow" while making a short landing? We are planning a short landing for 2 weeks in October.

Can we submit goods to follow list later when we are indeed planning to settle in?

You need to submit the list of "goods to follow"on the day you do your landing formalities.
Get it stamped and keep safely with you, you will need it with you when you subsequently take those goods.
