SHORT LANDING (GOOD TO FOLLOW LIST)

i am travelling to canada for short landing of a month than i will return back to canada after 2 years, here i want to conform that ,

1} do i need to fill personal effect form (1.goods to carry 2. goods to follow). and please share some filled samples of form for helping me.

2} do we need to carry proof of funds (bank statements} even if we are taking less than 5000 CAD
