I am from Nepal. My status turned to decision made on 12th february, 2013.since the canadian cooperation office in kathmandu is closed many applicants didnt know where and how to collect their passports. like other applicants, I contacted visa application center in kathmandu and they gave me an email to which I forwarded my queries. shockingly today, on 19th feb i received an email from them which states: your application is awaiting final review by a visa officer . be assured that once the final review is complete you will be advised accordingly. now i check my status and it is decision made the details same. isnt that confusing and frustrating? guys I am really worried plz advice with ur expert opinions.isnt decision made a state where everything hasbeen decided and the visa stamped?
