hi this is a different topic, but my sis is coming for september session in toronto she got visa can she land now. her classes start in september or is it too early.

From my opinion it will be too early....should go 1-2 weeks before the commencement of classes

She can move there but she has to show funds and satisfy the officers that she wants to explore the city or wants to be familiar with the surroundings, like that.. and she is not allowed to work until her classes start.

I got ID and password from sheridan college on !7 of may and i apply for winter 2018 intake than how many time it will take to give decision?
I apply for diploma programme. I have just completed my bachelor in may-2017,
my academics-
