Also, I see on the Sheridan website that if you join in Jan14, the course will be completed in 16 months (which is not considered as two academic years) so will it not be a problem for your pgwp?

Fees for 2 semesters is $14,380. Requirements are mentioned in the website. You'll have to go through since each country has different levels of education so you can check it accordingly.

You'll be liable for 3 years PGWP cz the duration might be 16 months of classes but the level of education is 2 years (diploma).
One can apply for PGWP with official letter from college's international centre that proves your authenticity of achieving a 2years diploma.
