Hey,

you'll be fine. Make sure to have all documents handy. Proof of insurance for the duration of your stay, proof of funds, the LOI and your passport and other travel documents.
After landing, you'll get off the plane and walk to the passport check. The officer will check your passport and ask you a couple
of questions like what's the purpose of your trip, how long are you going to stay, what are you going to do etc.
Tell that offer that you have a working holiday visa and he/she will send you to immigration. Immigration is on the right side behind
the passport check. There you will have to wait in line until it's your turn. Present your passport and the LOI to the officer and
answer the questions. If the officer asks you for proof of travel insurance or funds, present those documents as well.
All in all it should not take more than an hour from the time you get off the plane until you get the work permit stapled
in your passport.
After receiving the work permit, you're free to leave and pick up your luggage, then leave the airport.
From there you can have someone pick you up, take a cab or leave YVR by sky train. There's a Canada Line skytrain station at the airport which takes you to Vancouver.

Hope this helps.
